Terms & Conditions – Igolshtaz

1. Service Agreement

Igolshtaz provides legal services in intellectual property, dispute resolution, corporate formation, and corporate law within Germany. By engaging our services, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

Services are provided on a project or retainer basis as agreed in writing. Igolshtaz does not guarantee specific legal outcomes. Legal advice is confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege where applicable under German law.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees are quoted per engagement or charged hourly at agreed rates
Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt
Late payments incur 5% monthly interest
Expenses and third-party costs are reimbursable

4. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential under German legal privilege. Igolshtaz will not disclose information without written consent, except as required by law.

5. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is processed according to GDPR. Data is used solely for service delivery and legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy for details on data rights and retention.

6. Limitation of Liability

Igolshtaz liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Clients must report errors within 30 days.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Outstanding fees and expenses remain due. All documents revert to the client upon settlement.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by German law and resolved through mediation or arbitration in Berlin, Germany.

9. Changes to Terms

Igolshtaz reserves the right to update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance.
